Axxis has consistently performed services for our productions and those for our clients with professional dignity, efficiency and quality. They have delivered on a number of occasions a level of comfort and expertise in the production arts that cannot be undervalued.

The long and short it is that Axxis has delivered professionally over the long hall. No matter the size of show they have elevated our productions and wowed our clients.

I’ve been producing and coordinating events for 22 years and will no longer use any production company other than AXXIS for my large scale events. Although it’s often more cost effective to use in-house or local AV companies, you’re never sure of the quality of service you’ll receive. When the success of my events relies so heavily on production, I’m not willing to take a chance on the unknown. With AXXIS on-site, I don’t worry about the production elements and can focus my attention on other aspects of the event.

From the sales process, to the set and design phase and throughout the execution of the event, I’ve been working with the same team of professionals for years. There’s such a level of comfort when you work with people that know your shows. They know the look I’m trying to achieve, my budget, what to expect on-site, etc. They are extremely responsive and approach a 10 person meeting with the same attention to detail as a General Session for 1,000. I just can’t say enough good things.

After 21 years at the same venue in Kansas City, Mo., SkillsUSA moved its national event — an event for nearly 15,000 attendees — to Louisville, Ky., in 2015. Facing a new city, a new venue and a new audio visual company was daunting. But three years later having partnered with AXXIS, I can honestly say it was one of the best moves ever. The AXXIS team immediately began working with me in all facets of the production, taking the time to really get to know our unique show needs. They have proven countless times to be creative in stage design, on-site problem resolution, reliable in time and budget commitments, and overall consistent in meeting and exceeding my expectations, all to ensure our show is a huge success. Working with Justin and his team allows me, as the event producer, to focus on all the “other stuff,” since I know the AV production is in great reliable and responsive hands. The AXXIS team has become an instrumental part of our national conference as they genuinely care about SkillsUSA’s outcomes. I had the chance to observe your team at the Mortenson Family Dental Summit this weekend. They were fabulous. Very professional working with both the expert speakers and the novices. Nate Webster went out of his way to be extraordinary.

I just wanted to thank you for your help related to the Abby Road on the River Fest last weekend. Axxis did a great job at all of the venues that UnionJack performed at. Friday at the Pier, then Saturday twice in the Potomac and once at the Riverview, we were very well taken care of!!!

We had 14 Guest performers joining us at various points in the show, two of these were complete Band guests where all five musicians changed. They [Axxis] were flawless! Every change went like clockwork, and there were no sound issues whatsover! That was incredible!!

We had Hal Bruce, Andy Forgie of AYNIL [All You Need is Love], and Misty and Jeff Perholz, all headliner type acts, and they were all impressed with the organization and production for this difficult show! Back in March, Axxis produced the AV for Kentucky Society in Education’s very first conference. The company was one of the most detail oriented and efficient companies I have ever dealt with. They took time to understand what our conference was all about and set a stage that I could have never dreamed up on my own! The layout of the stage, the lighting, the sound and all other aspects of the production that Axxis was involved in were superior in design and the staff was incredible to work with. I would recommend them to anyone and absolutely use them again, should I be in charge of coordinating another conference.
